Affiliate and Partner Terms Starpolar®

1. Scope
These Affiliate and Partner Terms apply when you distribute Starpolar affiliate links, referral links, discount codes, QR codes, campaigns, or similar partner materials, unless we have agreed different terms with you in writing.
These terms do not create employment, agency, franchise, or representative status. You act independently and are responsible for your own taxes, disclosures, and legal obligations.
2. Campaign Setup
Affiliate participation, commission rate, campaign name, eligible code or link, territory, duration, cap, payout method, and any special conditions are set by our written agreement, message, or campaign confirmation. If no commission is expressly agreed, no commission is owed.
Starpolar may suspend, limit, or end a campaign where this is necessary for security, fraud prevention, store compliance, legal reasons, or misuse prevention.
3. Attribution
For internal commission attribution, the first valid affiliate code or affiliate link saved for a Starpolar user account generally applies. Later affiliate codes or links used by the same user do not create a new commission attribution, even if Apple or Google separately allow a store offer, offer code, or promo code to be redeemed.
Giveaways, beta rewards, group or organization access, manually granted Plus access, and other non-affiliate benefits are separate from affiliate attribution and do not by themselves create commission claims.
4. Commission Eligibility
Commissions are calculated only on verified, paid, non-refunded Starpolar Plus purchases or renewals that are attributed to your campaign and fall within the agreed commission scope. Free trials, unpaid periods, refunded payments, chargebacks, voided transactions, fraudulent activity, test purchases, and internally granted access do not create payable commission unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Commission status may be pending, approved, paid, voided, or otherwise marked in our internal systems. A pending commission is not payable until it has been reviewed and approved.
5. Payouts
Payout timing, minimum payout amount, currency, payment method, invoices, tax information, and verification requirements may be defined separately. We may withhold payout until required payout details, tax information, invoice information, or abuse checks are complete.
If a purchase is refunded, charged back, reversed, or found to be fraudulent, related commissions may be voided or offset against future payouts. Commissions already marked as paid are not automatically changed unless required by law, fraud investigation, or our written agreement.
6. Promotion Rules
You must present Starpolar honestly and must not make misleading statements about features, prices, discounts, health outcomes, finance outcomes, availability, or store eligibility. You must not imply that you are an employee, official representative, or agent of Starpolar unless we have expressly authorized this in writing.
You are responsible for marking paid cooperation, affiliate links, referral links, ads, or similar commercial communication clearly and legally, including labels such as ad, advertisement, affiliate link, or equivalent wording required in your country or platform.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use self-referrals, fake accounts, misleading traffic, bots, automated redemptions, coupon scraping, spam, unauthorized brand bidding, impersonation, hidden redirects, malware, or any method that manipulates attribution, store flows, subscriptions, or user consent.
You must not target people with unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, deceptive, or unsafe content, and you must not promote Starpolar in contexts that damage the Starpolar brand or violate platform rules.
8. Data and Reporting
Reporting may be based on our internal attribution and subscription records. We generally provide aggregated or pseudonymous campaign and commission information, not directly identifying user data, unless disclosure is legally required or separately agreed with suitable safeguards.
Partner reporting may differ from App Store or Google Play reporting because stores, refunds, renewal timing, attribution windows, eligibility rules, and internal review can affect commission status.
9. Changes and Termination
We may update these terms or campaign rules where necessary for product changes, store rules, legal requirements, security, or abuse prevention. We may end a partner relationship or campaign at any time for misuse, legal risk, non-compliance, brand risk, or other reasonable cause.
