For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders, contact Fourthwall support through your order confirmation. Include your order number and clear photos where relevant. Approved resolutions and any required return are free of charge to you.

Outside a statutory withdrawal right, Fourthwall generally does not offer returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size.
