Shipping and fulfillment

Fourthwall and its fulfillment partners produce, pack, and ship every physical order on demand. Production usually takes 3–5 business days; delivery time is added afterward.

Duties collected at checkout are already paid for the items covered. Otherwise, duties may be payable on delivery. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

Returns, defects and rights

Goods sold in the EU have a legal guarantee of at least two years. Depending on the case, non-conforming goods qualify for free repair or replacement, a price reduction, or reimbursement. Fourthwall is the seller. Open the official harmonised EU notice.

EU consumers can generally withdraw from purchases of standard, non-personalised goods within 14 days after receipt. Tell Fourthwall that you are withdrawing. You pay the direct return-shipping cost. All deadlines and steps are in the Returns information.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing orders, contact Fourthwall support through your order confirmation. Include your order number and clear photos where relevant. Approved resolutions and any required return are free of charge to you.

Outside a statutory withdrawal right, Fourthwall generally does not offer returns or exchanges because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size.
